All packages come with tracking number where you can track the shipping status.
You may visit Pos Laju Track and Trace and key in your tracking number to check your delivery status.
If no one is available to receive your items, Pos Laju will leave a note. You can call their customer care helpline and they will arrange to re-attempt delivery. Alternatively, you can also ask them the location of your items if you wish to pick it up on your own. They will usually keep your items at the nearest Pos Laju branch in your area.
Please note that if you do not collect your item(s) within 14 days, it will be returned to us in which you will need to bear the cost for re-ship.
