Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refunds policy is based on the type of products you purchase.

CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS

Custom made products are not eligible for refunds, only replacement. However, we will replace your items at no cost to you in the following situations:

  1. CONTENT ERRORS: Before we proceed with production, you will need to approve the artworks. However, should there be any content errors from our side, we will correct and replace the item(s)
  2. ITEM LOSS/ UNTRACEABLE: We will replace the item with a similar one if still available or you can choose another item of a similar value for untraceable and lost items. Non-delivery of items must be reported within 30 days of purchase to enable an exchange.
  3. DAMAGED ITEMS: If there is any damage to your items during shipping, please send us the image of the damaged items and we will arrange for replacement.
  4. DIGITAL PROOFS FOR CUSTOM ORDER: To protect our designs/ hours spent on custom design, only 50% refund if you are truly unsatisfied with the proof you receive and would like to cancel the order. However, this percentage of refund may varies depending on the complexity of the design. It may be less for simple design.

READY MADE PRODUCTS

If you found that the items are defective or damaged, you may return them within 7 days of delivery for full or partial refunds. Your full refund will include the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Once your return is received and inspected by our customer service department (usually within 2 working days upon receipt), your refund will be processed within 10 working days via Internet Banking or ATM transfer  within Malaysia and PayPal if you are outside of Malaysia.
Full Refunds or Replacement

If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, we will issue a full refund or replacement upon the receipt of the defective or damaged item. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging.

Partial Refunds (70% of the price sold)
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received. Return shipping costs will be charged.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please note that Conceptitude does not accept returns of the following items:
  • Items you bought wrongly.
  • Items that labelled “This item cannot be returned” on their product detail page.
  • Items purchased from sellers other than Conceptitude.
We’ll notify you via e-mail about your request to refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. If you need to return an item, please email marketing@conceptitude.com¬†with your purchase details and we will contact you to arrange the returns.
