What postal/ courier services do you use for shipping?
For Malaysia, we use Pos Laju where authorized signature is required when the package is delivered. If no one is available to receive your items, Pos Laju will leave a note. You can call their customer care helpline and they will arrange to re-attempt delivery. Alternatively, you can also ask them the location of your items if you wish to pick it up on your own. They will usually keep your items at the nearest Pos Laju branch in your area. Please note that if you do not collect your item(s) within 14 days, it will be returned to us in which you will need to bear the cost for re-ship. For worldwide, we use Pos Malaysia. Once it is dispatched out of Malaysia, your local post office will facilitate in the delivery of your package(s). If you opt for express shipping, we will use FedEx.
What are the estimated shipping days?
Malaysia: 1 – 2 business days Asia: 5 to 10 business days Australia: 6 to 12 business days Europe: 7 to 12 business days US & Canada: 12 to 16 business days Express shipping via FedEx: 3 – 5 business days depending on the destination of the country. **Please note that the shipping days stated above do not include our production time, weekends and public holidays.
Why is the tracking status unchanged since the package is dispatched out of country of origin?
This is because certain post offices do not track packages from certain countries. As far as we know, USPS, Canadian Post and Australian Post do not track packages from Malaysia. However, tracking number will still be provided as we can manually track via our local post office on the delivery status. The only difference is that it’s more time consuming that way.

An unmounted stamp is the rubber textplate that is mounted on the stamp holder. You can request to order unmounted stamps. Unmounted stamps are suitable if you prefer to use your existing stamp blocks or to replace a worn out piece on your self-inking stamper.
What is the difference between red rubber and liquid polymer?
Red rubber is more durable and suitable for long term use as red rubber will absorb the ink. Basically, the more you stamp, the more beautiful the stamp imprint will be. We are using 2400 dpi film with molding method, making the wording, image or logo clear and sharper. Liquid polymer text plate uses a transparent polymer as a material and is mainly for economical use and not for long term use. The polymer might gets sticky and imprint becomes unclear when exposed to heat. We only make our rubberstamps using red rubber.
What is the difference between self-inking stamps and gel pre-inked stamps?
Self-inking Stamps come with ink pad attached for convenient purpose especially when you use it often. We use red rubber textplate for all our self-inking stamps. You can stamp up to 10, 000 impressions before you need to replace the ink pad. However, self-inking stamps are not recommended for glossy surfaces as it might smear.
Gel Pre-inked Stamps do not come with an ink pad attached. The ink is actually held in tiny, microporous cavities in the letters themselves. Just press and the ink is released for a perfect impression, time after time. It also won’t dry out or evaporate and the mount adjusts for lighter and darker impressions. It is ideal for glossy surfaces.
